YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SERVICE FOLLOWING SUCH MODIFICATION SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF SUCH MODIFICATION.

  1. General. This web site is presented solely for informational and educational purposes.   2. Subscription . A subscription to the eStockBox.com site and its services is available on a monthly basis. Depending on your subscription, you will have access to one or more portfolios. The terms are specifically outlined in the subscription form. The subscription plan you select will continue and be renewed automatically, unless terminated by LKJ Solutions or until you terminate your subscription in accordance with the terms set out below. Only subscribers 18 years of age or over can be registered to this web site.
  3. Account, Password and Security. During the registration process , you will have to choose a user name and associated password. Your user name and password are required to access our site and services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password. You agree to immediately notify LKJ Solutions of any unauthorized use of your password. eStockBox.com and LKJ Solutions shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section or any use of your password whether authorized by you or not. You agree that the information provided by eStockBox.com is intended for a single subscriber and e-mail address only.
  4. Payments:
    • You authorize LKJ Solutions to automatically renew your subscription and charge you the monthly subscription fees, until either party for any reason cancels this agreement. There will be no prorated refunds in connection with the termination of any subscription plans. Every subscriber assumes the responsibility to unsubscribe from the service, when they no longer wish to receive it.
    • The charges will be processed and the account credit card will be charged on the first day of your subscription plan, and on the first day of each month, unless you terminate your subscription before the relevant period begins. The charge for the applicable renewal period shall be equal to the charge for the previous period unless we have otherwise notified you.
    • In the event of an increase in subscription fees, we will provide at least 30 days prior notice via e-mail, and such increases will not take place until the conclusion of your current term. If you qualify for a free trial or discount subscription, as identified during the subscription process, the periodic charges applicable to the subscription you have chosen will be billed automatically to your credit card on the first day of the next month.
    • On the first day of the trial period your account credit card will be charged $1.00 processing fee.
    • You warrant that you are the cardholder of the account and that all relevant information required for processing charges is valid at all times. You must notify us of any change of address or other relevant information in a timely fashion by accessing the update section. If the account credit card expires, you must notify us of the new expiration date before the previous expiration date has passed. If you want to designate a different credit card, please advise us by accessing the relevant update section on the web site.
  5. Termination.
    • You agree that LKJ Solutions in its sole discretion, may terminate your use of the service for any reason, with or without notice, including if we believe that you have violated the letter or spirit of this Agreement. Furthermore, you agree that LKJ Solutions shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service.
    • You may terminate your subscription at any time by sending us an email with your request. All terminations shall be effective at the end of the monthly period in which such termination was requested. You are responsible for following up on your cancellation request if it is unanswered. LKJ Solutions will not, under any circumstances, provide any refund in connection with the termination of the subscription plan .
  6. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability.

    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of California. Any action arising out of this Agreement shall be brought in the courts of San Francisco, California.
